If you’re the type of angler who appreciates the opportunity to fish whenever and however you please, cast your line in these waters and enjoy the hunt! You’re likely to catch catfish, bass, pike, sunfish, bluegill, flier, crappie, pickerel, and white perch.
Water recreation and sports of all types are sustained by Lake Royale's 40-foot depth and 11 miles of shoreline. On the water you’ll find everything from boating, to jet skiing, to canoeing, to swimming. Step onto the beach and you’ll catch enthusiastic residents partaking in lively games like tennis, miniature golf, horseshoes, and volleyball. Even if the thrill of competition doesn’t excite you, such facilities as the clubhouse, comfort center, and community center will make you right at home.
Lake homes for sale have everything they need right off the front porch. The community even features a private 24-hour police service. Similarly, residents and visitors are welcome to use any of the area picnic spots, laundry facilities, and dump stations. And while these practical accommodations are appealing, they are one-upped by the irresistible draw of the golf course!
