| Hello, My name is Mark Frizielle and I am the Owner/Broker of Lake Homes Realty, LLC. My wife, Tracy, helps the business by setting up appointments and secretarial work. We sell Real Estate all around Table Rock Lake in SW Missouri. I've been selling around Table Rock Lake since 2003 but mainly concentrate towards the west side of the lake, or the quiet side of the lake, around Eagle Rock, Shell Knob and Golden, MO. We usually have a large inventory of lake homes, lake lots, plenty of boat slips and we're a member of mls so we can show you all the listings on the market around Table Rock Lake. Most of my past customer's have become very good friends and about as close to family as it gets. Tracy and I have a lot of integrity, honesty, hardworking skills and just plain trustworthy. We run our business out of our home which has made us very successful, in return we save in overhead expenses, always available, basically open 24/7, and we only charge 5% commission to our seller's which saves the buyer money when purchasing. We do work on Sundays. In 2001 I got my Missouri Appraisal license and worked as an appraisal apprentice for two years. I feel I have an edge on the value of property by knowing the correct way to appraise property. I no longer work as an appraiser but as a full time Realtor I carry a lot of useful tools. I truly enjoy selling homes and really like working with people from all backgrounds.
