Positive relationships with other agents and overall market knowledge give my buyers access to the best properties on or off market. Lake Keowee still offers some amazing waterfront lots for your future home to be built on. I have cultivated relationships with some of the best builders in our area so we can make sure the lot you pick out is perfect for your dream home!
Representing Sellers on Lake Keowee requires an agent that can properly market, negotiate and navigate the escrow process. My goal has always been to make that process as easy as possible for my sellers so they can focus on the next step in their lives. I’ll make sure your property gets the most exposure online and within the proper social circles.
I have built my business on treating my clients better than I want to be treated. I take each transaction very seriously and want to make sure there are no surprises. Whether buying or selling on Lake Keowee, I know how much it means to my clients that we “get it right.” I have successfully closed 735 transactions and counting for over 356 Million dollars since 2004. More importantly, I’ve built my business primarily on referrals and some of my family’s best friends were originally clients of mine.
