The Tri-County Lake in Fordyce was the first Game & Fish Commission Lake in Arkansas. Covering 280 acres, the lake is a favorite spot for Black Crappie, Blue Catfish, Bluefish, Bowfin, Chain Pickerel, Channel Catfish, Green Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Longear Sunfish, Redear Sunfish , Spotted Gar , Warmouth.

Lake DeGray State Park
Lake Degray Resort is located on Scenic Highway 7, 50 miles northwest of Fordyce. The park offers visitors 13,800-acres of fishing and water sports, a 96-room island lodge and lakeside swimming pool, campsites among pine forests and along the lakeshore, an 18-hole championship public golf course (7,200 yards) and pro shop, tennis and trails, a full-service marina with party barge, houseboat, fishing boat and wave runner rentals, and a variety of interpretive naturalist programs, recreational activities, and year-round special events.
Logoly State Park
Logoly State Park is located 50 miles southwest of Fordyce on US Highway 79 an is Arkansas's first environmental education state park. Interpreters at the park present workshops on ecological and environmental topics. The park's natural resources provide a living laboratory for students and nature lovers. Most of Logoly's 368 acres comprise a State Natural Area with unique plant life and numerous mineral springs. Facilities include six group tent sites (no hookups), a bathhouse with hot showers, standard pavilion (free to educational groups), picnic sites, trails, and a visitor center with an exhibit area and indoor classroom.
