To submit PREPAID ads, go to your My Account page and click on the "Submit a PrePaid ad" link.

If you purchase 10 or more ads, you can change a property to "sold" or disable an expired listing and then submit a new property ad in its place. The "disabled" property goes on your Inactive Ads page and is not counted as one of your 10 Active Ads. This is the only situation where "recycling" of an ad is allowed. All other property ads are for one specific property only.

Multi-ad packages are a subscription type of membership. The expiration date of all ads in the package is either 6 months (for the 3-ad package) or 12 months (for the 10 and up ad packages) from the date of purchase.

We also have a Referral Reward program if you refer Lakehouse.com to others. These rewards include Gold Star bonuses, ad extensions and free ads.

How much traffic do you get?

Currently, Lakehouse.com is viewed by over 10 million visitors each year. Be aware that other websites claim to have high traffic volume by mentioning their "hits". Hits are not the same as visits/views. One visit to one page on a website can increase the hit count ten or even hundreds of times, depending on how many graphics are on the page. Our unique visitor counts are honest and reliable. Our "hits" count is over 137,000,000 per month.  Actual unique visitors is what really matters.
