In the summer months, an 8 buoy jet ski course keeps the personal watercraft all heading safely in the same direction. But the 2 rope swings seem to get the most use!
This single level home has been lovingly maintained and updated to be efficient and very low maintence. The exterior is a combination of field stone and cement siding topped with a commercial grade metal roof. It is heated and cooled by a WaterFurnace Geothermal forced air system. The home is on a well with a constant pressure pump.
This home features an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the living room and family room.

A half bath with a lake and fish themed underwater mural is just off the kitchen, leading to the attached 2+ car garage.
The utility room off the garage has been enclosed and fitted with ample storage cabinets.
A coordinating small barn sits just off the southeast corner of the lake for storage of mowers, garden tools and water toys.
The house sits on a 6.9 acre parcel. There is still ample room on the property to build a large workshop, garage or horse barn.
An additional 2.27 acres of farmground is available to the south of the property. And an additional 3.1 acre parcel with the original farmhouse, detached garage and 2 barns are available to the north. None of these adjacent parcels will be sold until the lake house is purchased and that buyer determines if they would like to purchase any or all of these parcels.
